At Nexus 5 Group, we know that a happy team is a productive team. To put this belief into action, we recently hosted a fun-filled day at the Kansas City Royals game.

This 20,000sf tenant improvement located on the 3rd floor of the 3Y Building located at 3rd and Wyandotte, just west of the river market was a great project filled with creative and high end finishes.  This project included millwork wall paneling at all office fronts along with feature ceiling areas, wall finished elements and an all glass conference room.

Strang line Car Barn was built in 1906 and used to house and repair trolleys for the MO and KS Interurban railway while also providing power to the electric track. Now it is a beautiful event space. Wow!

The expansion of the MMGY offices is yet another project completed at the Edison District Building in downtown Overland Park.

Smart Warehousing completed phase one of their build out in 2021, but quickly outgrew their 14,000 SF space and needed expand.

The Apria Healthcare 16,942 SF Tenant Improvement project took just under three months to complete.

Katie Reed joined the team at Nexus 5 Group as a Project Engineer in October 2022.

Monolith Materials is another project we completed at the Edison District Building in downtown Overland Park, Kansas.

Tom Hoelting is our newest Project Manager. Tom comes from a residential construction background with more than 17 years of experience.

Josh Buller started with Nexus 5 Group in mid-2017. Nearly 5 years have gone by and Josh has established himself as a valuable team member.

Our annual awards ceremony is a great way to showcase our team members that go above and beyond in their roles.

Only 3% of age-eligible people donate blood yearly. As part of Corporate Challenge, we hosted a blood drive!
