FL2CA Aviation, LLC proudly completed an airplane hangar at New Century Airport in New Century, KS. The scope encompassed extensive sitework and utilities and fuel tank, alongside the installation of over 50,000 square feet of flatwork concrete, and a 13,600 square foot pre-engineered metal building, featuring a 32-foot eave height. The building is divided into two spacious bays by a 3-hour rated masonry fire barrier wall. Each climate-controlled bay spans 6,800 square feet and is equipped with a 70' x 30' bi-fold hangar door, epoxy floors, and trench drains, facilitating efficient maintenance and operations.

Parris Communications, a 5,206 square foot tenant finish project located on the 9th floor of the 46 Penn Center in the heart of the Plaza. Boasting a high-end office finish, the space features custom cabinets, a stone wall fireplace, and stylish decorative wall caps in the cubicle area.

Monolith 4,300 square foot tenant finish project in downtown Overland Park, KS, located in the Edison District Building. This project encompassed a comprehensive build-out, featuring glass fronts to all offices, an inviting reception area boasting a sleek solid surface desk, a modern breakroom, and expansive open office space.

Smart Warehousing, a 22,130 square foot new tenant improvement project situated on the second floor of the Edison District building in downtown Overland Park, KS. Executed in two phases, this space includes a reception area featuring several unique design pieces and a large, stunning chandelier. Other scopes included new casework, polished concrete, doors and hardware, flooring, painting, specialty ceilings, fire sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Cascade Health Services underwent a comprehensive renovation, spanning both interior and exterior realms across its expansive 11,600 square foot facility, executed in two phases. The renovation included the installation of new electrical services, a redesigned and upgraded HVAC system, fire line and sprinkler system, integration of a new elevator, revitalization of the façade with exterior glass enhancements, interior glass systems, and custom lighting. As well as essential infrastructure improvements such as concrete, asphalt upgrades, and a new roof installation.

Fountain Mortgage underwent an impressive 6,600 square foot first-generation tenant improvement. This scope included a full build out of the space with all glass fronts to all offices, a large entertainment area/breakroom and open office space.

MMGY completed a 35,964 square foot tenant improvement within the Edison District Building in downtown Overland Park, KS. This project was executed in two phases and the scopes included a design-build HVAC system, custom cabinetry, specialty ceilings, and unique amenities including a golf simulator, live wall and colosseum seating area.

Ruby Receptionist completed a 20,000 square foot tenant improvement project within the 3Y building in Kansas City, MO. Featuring design-build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as unique finishes throughout.

Replica completed a 12,000 square foot first-generation tenant improvement project, situated on the second floor of the new office building at 95th and Mission. This project included design-build mechanical systems, new restrooms, glass wall systems, and boasted several unique finishes including an operational garage door within the space.

Included in the project was a new floor plan design-build that consisted of demolition, mechanical and electrical, plumbing, framing, and drywall. Additional projects consisted of raised concrete floor, flooring, acoustical ceiling, glass handrail system, doors and hardware, and coordination of owner provided scope items.

Kansas City Foot and Ankle completed a 3,000 square foot tenant finish project. The scope included MEP design-build, framing, drywall, casework, acoustical ceilings, flooring, storefront glass, and other finishes.

Leawood Presbyterian Church transformed a 12,000 square foot detached outer building into a youth facility. The scope of work included demolition, asphalt, landscaping, concrete, framing, casework, MEP upgrades, roofing and fire alarm systems.

Madison Flitch renovated a 3,000 square foot building located at 18th and Locust in the East Crossroads of Kansas City, MO. This project encompassed a variety of scopes, including the installation of new concrete, tuckpointing, windows, overhead door, roofing, a new showroom and furniture fabrication shop. Additionally, the east end of the building now houses Madison Stitch, a workshop specializing in custom handmade purses and handbags.

Minsky's Pizza 5,000 square foot renovation featured custom finishes, stonework, granite accents, and finely crafted millwork. Additional renovations include painting, flooring, acoustical ceilings, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and kitchen equipment.

Summit Pizza renovated three spaces to create one 5,500 square foot restaurant. This project required a full demolition and renovation of the existing space. Some of the scopes of work included a new fire line to service the new fire sprinkler system, all new underground plumbing, new grease interceptor, all new partitions, ceilings, painting, new bar, and full kitchen.

Strang Reserve is a project we completed at the Edison District building in downtown Overland Park, Kansas. It is a first-generation, 7,800 square foot event space that included extensive sleek lighting, new bathrooms, extensive concrete work, and several custom finishes.

Strang Chef Collective is a 4,090 square foot project we completed at the Lightwell building in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The space includes two televisions, digital menu boards, and an integrated sound system. It also has two full kitchens, prep areas, a Pollution Control Unit, and beautiful wood veneer wall panels.

Snap One was a 12,950 SF industrial tenant improvement. The project included demolition and renovation of an existing warehouse space which is now home to their full line of products, a sales floor, receiving and shipping docks, and a 24-hour room for their pro-partner pickups. The work also included a new conference and training room, new break room, and a refresh of the existing restrooms.

Wellington completed a 13,000 square foot tenant improvement in the Edison District Building located in downtown Overland Park, KS. Site work included new concrete ramp, ADA modifications, asphalt seal and stripe, new irrigation system, and landscaping.
