Apria Healthcare is located in the Aspiria campus in Overland Park, Kansas. Formerly the Sprint World Headquarters, these grounds are home to 3.8 million square feet of office space across twenty buildings. Aspiria is modeled after the Princeton University campus.
At Apria, we refreshed the current office space by adding sealed concrete in the storage area and shipping/receiving area. The added breakroom is a comfortable space for employees to enjoy throughout the day. The new reception area provides a welcoming space for visitors. We added new paint and full carpet throughout the open office area to provide an updated look and feel. The new training room has ample space for large groups, and the operable partition can be used to divide the room for smaller sessions.
Overall, this project provided a nice refresh for the current tenant. This 16,942 SF Tenant Improvement took just under three months to complete.
