Project Size/Type: 20,000 SF Tenant Improvement Project

This 20,000-square-foot tenant improvement was a great project, located on the third floor of the 3Y Building at 3rd and Wyandotte, just west of the River Market. The space features creative and high-end finishes, including millwork wall paneling at all office fronts, along with a glass conference room, feature ceilings, and other custom wall elements.
As you can see, it turned out wonderfully. The upscale finishes and glass structure truly generate a positive atmosphere.
