Wellington Experience Office TI

Wellington completed a 13,000 square foot tenant improvement in the Edison District Building located in downtown Overland Park, KS. This project was a first-generation build-out, featuring glass fronts to all offices, an inviting reception area featuring a stone wall, polished concrete floors, and expansive open office space.
