Buffalo State Pizza

Welcome to Buffalo State Pizza, located in the ever-growing downtown Overland Park, Kansas! This incredible new spot, set in a building that was originally an old Ford dealership, has been completely transformed through a tenant finish project by Nexus 5 Group.

The renovation resulted in a modern industrial environment with a spacious, open-concept layout, while also including crucial modern updates like a new fire sprinkler system for the historic building. The restaurant features a long wooden bar, polished concrete floors, exposed brick walls, and a high, open ceiling with visible ductwork, all highlighted by vibrant yellow and orange accent walls. The space is made even more dynamic with a unique upper loft seating area, offering a great view over the bar and the main floor.

This is the second location for owners Philippe and Steve, who have been in business together for over 15 years and also own the popular Buffalo State Pizza in the Crossroads. They hope to make this new Overland Park destination even more vibrant by adding live music on the weekends in the future.
