This 20,000sf tenant improvement located on the 3rd floor of the 3Y Building located at 3rd and Wyandotte, just west of the river market was a great project filled with creative and high end finishes.  This project included millwork wall paneling at all office fronts along with feature ceiling areas, wall finished elements and an all glass conference room.
