Amanda Blu

Amanda Blu consisted of a 9,500-square-foot industrial tenant improvement within a 73,000-square-foot attached warehouse. The project included a complete office buildout, featuring new doors, flooring, ACT ceilings, casework, MEP modifications, and glass storefront systems. Additional improvements included the construction of new restrooms and break rooms. The warehouse scope included installation of a new lighting package and fresh paint throughout.
