KR Johnson

KR Johnson consisted of a 6,000-square-foot industrial tenant improvement within a 40,175-square-foot attached warehouse. The project scope included installation of new casework and flooring, as well as comprehensive MEP upgrades. Additional enhancements featured the construction of a second break room and the addition of two new restrooms to support expanded operations.
