Team Aero Hangar

Nexus 5 Group has completed constructing a new hangar for Team Aero at New Century Airport in New Century, KS. The hangar will consist of a 3,093 sq. ft. office space and a 12,000 sq. ft. hangar bay. The scope includes earthwork and site utilities; paving, including taxi lane, tarmac, parking lot with driveway, and building pad with integrated floor heating; pre-engineered metal building with a full, two-story office buildout; the office will have storefront glass and Nichiha siding; complete MEP with HVSL fans in the hangar bay; stacked hangar bay doors on a railing system; and landscaping, sod, and irrigation.
