For over a year now, Nexus 5 Group has been fortunate to benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience of Mike Eagleson, who joined our team in March 2022. Mike's journey, spanning over 40 years in the Mechanical field, is a testament to his dedication and expertise.
Early on, Mike demonstrated a natural talent in all things mechanical. His passion had turned into a successful business that he owned and operated for two decades. During these years, Mike developed a reputation for his meticulousness, commitment to excellence, and an in-depth understanding of the intricate details of the trade. His wealth of practical experience made him a sought-after resource in the industry.
Mike Joins Nexus 5 Group
When Mike joined Nexus 5 Group, we were more than thrilled to welcome his expertise because, at the time, we really needed a leader in the field. Mike not only integrated seamlessly into our work culture but also enhanced it, helping newer individuals in the field navigate the ropes with ease. His practical advice and step-by-step guidance on the most efficient ways to install ductwork and equipment have been invaluable to our team's development.
Mike has been a good communicator as well. This helps the project management team and the subcontractors around him. This is essential to a successful project.
Outside of work, Mike is a devoted family man.
He has been happily married for 22 years, sharing his life with his wife, a daughter, a stepson, and six grandchildren. There are many things that keep him busy at home includes Harley rides, hunting arrowheads and playing in a band for over 20 years.
Jim Hays, a respected colleague, sums up Mike's influence at Nexus 5 Group perfectly. He said, "He is very helpful when working with newer individuals to the trade by giving them advice and showing them the most efficient way to install ductwork and equipment. His communication skills are excellent in terms of directing others and when ordering materials. The results of his efforts always produce a product that he and the company can be proud of."
