As you may have noticed in other articles, Lightwell Building (formerly City Center Square) located in downtown Kansas City, MO, is undergoing a major face lift. Nexus 5 Group appreciates the opportunity to work with HOK, Area Real Estate, and Somera Road on several completed and upcoming projects in this building.
Completed projects include the 29th floor white box and private stairs connecting the 29th and 30th floors, the spec suite tenant improvement, the tenant improvement for KC Tech Council, the Fitness Center renovation and the transformation of the 1st floor into a new art gallery/event center.
Nexus 5 Group is committed to making all projects in this building seamless for the tenants, building managers and investors. With proactive communication and coordination, we've completed 6 projects on 4 floors at the same time without any major surprises.
