Project Spotlight: Generation Esports

Project Description:


9,100 sf tenant improvement located on the 2nd floor of a multipurpose office building located on northeast corner of 9th and Baltimore Avenue in Downtown Kansas City, MO. Scope included a refresh of a space with new glass infills, (4) new offices, new mother’s room, renovated breakroom area, and open office space.


This project was straightforward giving a beautiful, historic building, an internal refresh for an technology company. The owners of the company wanted the space to feel like “theirs” while still keeping the character of the building. They left the ceilings unpainted, while wanting to add vinyl wall decals to highlight several areas to make it their own.


Project Schedule: 6 Weeks
