Tom Bio- With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Tom has developed a well-rounded perspective by working in various roles, including site superintendent and project manager. His extensive experience enables him to approach projects from multiple angles, ensuring successful execution. A results-driven project manager, Tom is dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on time and within budget. He prioritizes building strong, collaborative relationships with owners and trade partners, consistently striving to meet or exceed project expectations.

A lifelong resident of Shawnee, KS, Tom is a devoted husband and father to two daughters. He is surrounded by a large, close-knit extended family. Outside of work, he enjoys football, hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his loved ones. A strong believer in Jesus Christ and a member of Lenexa Baptist Church, Tom values faith and family above all else.
