Included in the project was a new floor plan design-build that consisted of demolition, mechanical and electrical, plumbing, framing, and drywall. Additional projects consisted of raised concrete floor, flooring, acoustical ceiling, glass handrail system, doors and hardware, and coordination of owner provided scope items.
