Nexus 5 Group performed the role of the owner's representative for the initial due diligence, renovation scope and budget. Nexus 5 Group also performed the role of general contractor for the exterior renovation. Exterior renovation scope included roof replacement on 34 buildings, new privacy fencing and staining throughout complex, concrete curb grinding, mud jacking, sidewalk and pavement replacement, painting all exterior doors, and landscaping improvements.
