Jermaine Berry

Jermaine Berry was born and raised in Wichita, KS, where he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for teamwork early on. He played college football at Kansas State University and later signed a free-agent contract with the New York Jets, an experience that taught him discipline, perseverance, and the importance of collaboration.
Jermaine has been married for 18 years and is a proud father of two sons, ages 14 and 12.
With 22 years of experience in commercial construction, Jermaine has led numerous high-profile projects, including a $15 million Walmart remodel in Little Rock, AR, an $8 million Sam’s Club remodel in Tulsa, OK, eight new Love’s gas stations, and three new Freddy’s Frozen Custards. In addition to these major builds, he has extensive experience in multifamily construction, where he has managed projects of various sizes and complexities.
Jermaine is passionate about building strong teams, delivering quality work, and fostering long-term relationships with clients and trade partners.
