Jermaine Berry

Jermaine was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, and brings over 22 years of experience in commercial and multifamily construction. He has successfully managed a wide range of high-profile projects, including a $15 million Walmart remodel in Little Rock, an $8 million Sam’s Club renovation in Tulsa, eight new Love’s Travel Stop locations, and three Freddy’s Frozen Custard restaurants. His expertise spans both large-scale remodels and ground-up developments, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Before beginning his construction career, Jermaine played college football at Kansas State University and went on to sign a free-agent contract with the New York Jets. Off the job site, he is a devoted husband of 18 years and a proud father of two sons, ages 14 and 12. Jermaine’s discipline, leadership, and team-first mindset—honed on and off the field—continue to shape his approach to both work and life.
