Todd is a project manager with over 15 years of experience in the multi-family industry. He has worked in the Kansas City market for a majority of his career.
He started his career in multi-family housing as a leasing agent, then a property manager, then a project manager. Todd has spent some time in various other industries, but found his niche in project management due to his eye for detail, relationship building and consistent follow through.
Todd learned his skills mainly through the wonderful vendors he has had throughout his career, always listening to their expertise and picking up knowledge along the way. He has also been lucky to have a great father that taught him many things. Todd has also benefited from strong leadership in his previous roles.
He studied at Wentworth Military Academy for his associates degree and then went on to Central Methodist University to gain his bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Business. He played soccer through high school and college and played two years of basketball in college as well, but he never scored a point.
"I am an avid sports fan; with the Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Cardinals being my most followed teams. I also like the Kansas City Royals, Sporting KC, St. Louis Blues, Missouri Tigers and Liverpool Football (soccer) Club. In my free time, I really enjoy camping, trout fishing, golfing, playing soccer and spending time with family and friends. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Susana, for nine years and we have an amazing dog named Javier who is almost 17 years old. I am the favorite uncle of 10 nieces and nephews and adore the time that I can spend with them." - Todd Smith
